Why We Built This Site
Public access in Georgia begins with identifying the right court. The Superior Court of Upson County handles the county's broad-jurisdiction civil and criminal work, but Magistrate, Probate, Juvenile, Thomaston Municipal, and Yatesville Municipal courts have distinct roles and custodians. A docket is the running court record of filings, parties, settings, and outcomes. Because Georgia Courts E-Access routes users to participating providers and may require an account, it is not a single statewide all-court search. This site brings the official county and state routes together without suggesting that one index covers every Upson County case.

What We Cannot Do
This is a privately operated reference site, not part of a Georgia court, clerk's office, or public agency. Those limits mean the site cannot:
- Retrieve an official docket sheet or complete case file
- Confirm, reset, or reschedule a hearing or court date
- Seal, remove, correct, or amend a docket entry
- Issue a certified order, docket, or other court document
- Offer legal advice about a pending or completed case
- Guarantee that a fee, phone number, office hour, or setting has not changed
An official or certified Upson County court record must come from the clerk or court that keeps the original file. This site can identify that office but cannot issue the document.
